Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Alissasbakery makeup and hair services. These terms and conditions apply to makeup and hair services provided by Alissa and any artist working for her. Upon booking a makeup and hair service with Alissa Morada, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Deposits
All services will require a $50 non-refundable deposit which is non-transferable of the agreed amount. This will be deducted from the total owing for your event date.

Bookings are fully secured upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit. Your appointment may be cancelled at any time without a deposit. Your agreed scheduled appointment time with Alissa will be confirmed through email when the deposit payment is received.

Bridal Deposits
On confirming your bridal booking and invoice received, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your package. The remaining balance of your package is due by bank transfer five business days prior to the event (details supplied upon request).

Alissa allows for a seven day cool-off period after a scheduled bridal trial to reserve a wedding date for the bride. Bridal trials do not guarantee a booking for your wedding date. If no deposit or confirmation is received within this cooling-off period, Alissa reserves the right to allocated this date to another prospective client.

Payments
Customers are required to pay the remaining cost of the makeup and/or hair service through bank transfer five days prior to the event. When paying your retainer via bank deposit, please put in the description your name and date of booking. For example: Alissa 210420

You are then required to email alissasbakery@hotmail.com with a payment receipt or screenshot provided to you by your bank.

A booking confirmation through email will be sent as soon as the deposit payment is received.

Travel/Parking Fees
Mobile service only. Travel fee will begin at $60.00 and may increase depending on the distance travelled, please contact Alissa for a personalised quote. In the event that any motel/hotel and street parking fee(s) are incurred as a result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the person making the payment of the appointment.

Refunds
Alissa does not offer refunds for any completed service(s). Therefore if you are in anyway dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to discuss with Alissa while she is on location.

Late Fee/Cancellations
Late fees may apply if a client is running 15 minutes late or longer. A $20 fee will apply for every 15 minutes you are running late. There is a possibility that your appointment will be cancelled if you exceed 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time with no refunds on your retainer.

You may cancel your services at any time however; you will forfeit any and all retainers and/or payments made. In the event that Alissa is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided.

Extra People/Guests Wanting Styling
If any additional people require makeup or hair styling on the day, but are not scheduled for an appointment, this is not a problem providing there is time. Payment can be made in cash.

Photographs
Alissa or any other artist working with her reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.

Other
Alissa or any other artist working with her, are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Alissa if you have sensitive skin or have any known allergies. You are more than welcome to bring your own product(s) that you are familiar with and Alissa or one of her team members will be happy to use what you have provided.

On the rare event that Alissa should be unable to fulfil your booking, Alissa reserves the right to cancel, refer or transfer your booking at any point to another reputable and competent artist.
