Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Alissasbakery for your makeup and hair services. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Alissa Morada Aclan and any artist working with her. By booking with Alissa, you agree to the following:

Special Occasion Booking Deposits

  • All services require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50, which will be deducted from your total invoice.

  • Bookings are only secured once the deposit payment is confirmed via email. Without a deposit, your appointment may be cancelled.

  • Confirmation of your scheduled appointment time will be emailed upon receipt of the deposit.

Bridal Deposits

  • To secure your bridal booking, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation and invoicing. This will be deducted from your total package cost.

  • The remaining balance is due via bank transfer three business days prior to your event (payment details provided on request).

  • A seven-day cooling-off period applies after your bridal trial. This period reserves your wedding date, but the trial itself does not guarantee the booking. If no deposit or confirmation is received within this time, Alissa reserves the right to release the date to another client.

Payments

  • Final payments must be made via bank transfer three days before your event.

  • When paying, please include your name and booking date in the payment description (e.g., Alissa 210420).

Travel and Parking Fees

  • We provide mobile services only. Travel fees start at $70 and may increase based on distance—please contact Alissa for a personalised quote.

  • Any incurred hotel, motel, or street parking fees will be charged to the client.

Refunds

  • No refunds are offered for completed services.

  • If you have any concerns, please discuss them with Alissa during your appointment.

Late Fees and Cancellations

  • A $50 fee applies for every 15 minutes you are late.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled with no refund of deposit.

  • You may cancel at any time but will forfeit all deposits and payments made.

  • In the event Alissa is unable to perform services (due to illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances), reasonable accommodations will be made up to a full refund for services not provided.

Additional Guests

  • If additional people require styling on the day but are not pre-booked, we may accommodate them if time allows. Payment is to be made in cash on the day.

Photography

  • Alissa and her team reserve the right to take photos or videos of the makeup and hair work for promotional use, with your consent.

Allergies and Sensitive Skin

  • Alissa and her team are not responsible for allergic reactions to products used.

  • Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • You are welcome to bring your own products, and we will gladly use them.

Substitutions

  • If Alissa is unable to attend your booking for any reason, she reserves the right to transfer your booking to a trusted and qualified artist.
